When I weighed 215 pounds, I searched for an exercise video to help me lose weight, but became frustrated that most exercise videos were hosted by thin models/celebrities who had no idea what it is like to be out of shape and overweight. THE VIDEO
I had myself videotaped at 215 pounds doing gentle movements that I planned on doing 5 times per week until I got to my goal weight. I did this in my home to show you that you don't need a lot of space to exercise. After I lost my weight, I became Nationally Certified to teach Aerobics and again had myself videotaped doing those same exercises. I lose weight in front of your eyes by combining the "before" footage with the "now" footage to make this very motivating, 20-minute, gentle exercise video called- Move It to Lose It!

I didn’t lose my weight by exercise alone…I ate properly and controlled my portion sizes! I gladly offer my secrets for successfully losing those extra pounds in my 2 books. I am living proof that to lose weight successfully, and keep it off, you need to follow what most Doctor’s advise you to do: increase your activity, and decrease the amount of food that you intake. In my books I discuss the food groups and why each one is essential for your body’s health. I share with you my experience of having a life long battle with my weight!
