I share with you the story of my life and my life long battle with my weight. I also kept a diary of everything that I ate while losing my weight and I share those daily sheets with you. Included in my "Menus and Recipes" book, I share with you over 80 menus/recipes that the whole family will love. I lost weight by eating properly and controlling my portion sizes and exercising on 20 minutes a day, 5 times a week! That's all that I did!
